Jochen Raysz is a mentor, coach, and meditation teacher. He supports founders, leaders and coaches to develop inner sustainability and live fully aligned with their deepest essence, values and purpose in life and business so they don't burn out while changing the world. After his Masters in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Management, Jochen worked as a change manager and leadership coach. He took a break to travel, lived in the Himalayas, and went on to co-found and grow several impact-driven organizations in Europe and the US. Jochen lives in California with his wife. He loves Italian food and coffee and has recently found a new passion in surfing.
